Everyone is nice and supportive, but i would like to mention the name of Ms Aarti of the Sector 41 store who is very alert and sensitive towards the customers. "Worst pharmacy!!. I visited Apollo Pharmacy Sector 41 Noida, today. During my billing, I started feeling dizziness. I felt like I will collapse. I told them my condition. Instead of offering me some help. They wanted me to leave as soon as possible. I took a seating stool. They asked their team to do billing fast, so that I can leave. I go to counter for payment and they hide the seating stool to make me leave. What a shameless act. If I stop buying from this store, m sure it won’t affect their business. But as you are Medical professionals , showing some kindness wouldn’t take anything from you guys. So at least respect your profession and show some kindness to people who need it."

"Just saw reviews given by people two years ago and till date they have maintained same service pathetic!! They keep me waiting for hours an finally said we will not deliver. Some of their medicines are duplicate as well so would not recommend this shop at all."

"Do have the option of getting prescription on whatsapp. During lock-in a lady in fever, with a baby, and they tell me to come myself or send a servant or a neighbor. Who has a servant in such times or which neighbor is stepping out for someone else? While I do understand that having a prescription is important, have some alternative way of getting prescription"
